Heya all!

Our long-awaited JTS will be happening on 19th December, Sunday! *whoo*

So we will be meeting at 2pm at Vivocity, level 3 (the place where you take the train to Sentosa). The entrace fee to Sentosa is $3!

We'll just be frolicking around the beach and such, so bring an extra set of clothes (if you wanna have a dip) and beach balls/stuff you wanna play with.

We will then be heading to Wave House for dinner at 6pm :)

Hi everyoneeeeeee,

Ok so as some you all may have know, we have failed our bench check again (!!!). If I'm not wrong this is our 2nd time, so if we fail one more time then we will be moved.

I know some of you all may like it better outside the audi, but that's not the pointttt. The point is we should keep our class bench clean and nice.

The other day I saw some disposable cups and food wrappers on our class bench. That's damn gross! Please don't leave food-y stuff (or any other rubbish for that matter) on the class bench. If you see any rubbish, please help to just throw it away on your way to wherever you are going.

If you're gonna leave stuff at the class bench while going for lessons, please place them nicely at the corner of the table or under the table (just make it look nice).

Oh and it doesn't just apply to our class bench, we should help the seniors too yeah. This is a collective effort ok, please do your part in keeping the bench clean. It isn't very difficult.

Heh let's aim to not kena any fail bench check again yeah!

In response to the problem of depleting class funds, i have decided to apply my pw skills to amalgamate. whats better than merging a box office hit and the coolest class to act out the famous scene from ~titanic~? its going to be
EPIC.

we will have

all the violinists + band members to play the signature theme song;
while the remaining will be in charge of props + stage direction + everything not.
oh, and most importantly, bringing hats to ~~solicit~~ seek for donations of all forms (food and in kind) from the audience.

such a great way to earn some ka-ching// fill our stomachs isnt it?

and wow, we get to take home some learning points too!

BIKE HIKE

Hey everyone,

Bike Hike is BACK! The theme for this year is Accelebration, as we celebrate the joys of cycling along with Singapore’s hosting of the YOG. Held on the 28-29th May, this year’s bike hike promises to be BIGGER and BETTER, with more participants from all JCs around Singapore coming together to break once again the Singapore record (that we ourselves set in 2009) for the largest number of people in an overnight cycling event.

For those of you who are new to Bike Hike, it is an annual cycling event held by Hwa Chong OAC and Tiong Bahru CC, in which you will get to cycle, along with your friends, through a route of 80km around Singapore. There will be sufficient rest stops along the way for you to hydrate and refresh yourselves as well.

Look forward to a night of fun, accompanied by views of the beautiful night landscape as we wind our way past notable landmarks such as the Singapore River, the Singapore flyer, Haw Par Villa and more. We’ve also kept some of the familiar thrills from last year such as the adrenaline-rush inducing down slope from the old race track, fondly referred to as Initial D.

with utmost regret, i have to announce that after tomorrow, we will have finished ALL the food that we "earned" from cross country. this is due to the fact that our class is made up of hungry "ghosts" who keep telling me to bring MORE food. bringing MORE food per day = the food supply depletes FASTER = you will have nothing to eat sooner.

And guys (you know who you are), please me gentlemanly and don't gobble up all the food on your own/ keep taking what i passed to the girls. take the initiative to pass them to the girls next time. (: they want food too. majority of the time, the girls are left with nothing to eat because you all polished it all up. dont say that its because the girls dont want ok! if you pass it to them, they do take!

Hope you all are having a good holiday so far.

If you have already checked SMB, you would have seen Mrs Tan's announcement on the pop quiz she has just given us.

So to speed up our productivity, shall I split the class up to do different questions?

Questions 1-20 will be done by Ling Feng, Zheng Jie, Jie Xuan, Daniel and Esther.

Questions 21-40 will be done by Fang Ming, Inez, Jasmine, Kimberley and I.

Questions 41-60 will be done by Delwin, Churn Hoe, Nicholas, Benedict and Hong Kee.

Questions 61-80 will be done by Mei Qi, Samantha, Qin Hong, Samuel and Xiaolu.

Questions 81-100 will be done by Leif, Jie Min, Yidi, Xunda, Yuanzhao and Zhou Yi.

To speed up the process even more, perhaps you all can even split up the work among the group.

HELLO 6C!

I know this is super anti climax... BUT

Please remember that we are only supposed to use one of the class benches. Because Delwin comes to school the earliest, he gets to choose which bench to sit at (which is the one closer to the central plaza). That means, the rest of us have to follow him and ONLY USE THAT BENCH. The other bench is STRICTLY RESERVED FOR THE SENIORS. Even if the seniors are not there, you are NOT SUPPOSED to use the bench.

For Ling Feng, Chyan Wen, Delwin, Jie Xuan, Nic Sim, Hong Kee, Churn Hoe, Qin Hong, Kimberley and all the other subject reps (who is the math rep? Leif, is it you?? If not can you be?), remember that we are the first group of people who have to come up with a presentation about ourselves on Thursday!

Check out our absolutely cool class blog! I have to say that my eyeballs almost popped out doing this cos I really cannot make it at html codes :/
